The subdivider and/or applicant shall comply with the United States Postal Service regulations and standards for centralized delivery/cluster box units. It shall be the responsibility of the subdivider and/or applicant to contact the Mid Carolinas District of the United States Postal Service for more information. The subdivider and/or applicant shall provide the city with information detailing compliance with the United States Postal Service regulations and standards for centralized delivery/cluster box units for all subdivisions regulated by this chapter. Additional requirements for mailbox clusters can be found in § 3.11 of the Zoning Code.
