(A) All proposed landscaping improvements as part of an approved set of plans must comply with Chapter 10 of the Zoning Code. In addition to the requirements found in the Zoning Code, all major subdivisions are required to have a minimum 15-foot undisturbed perimeter buffer.
(B) The construction plans shall include landscaping design features supplementing existing vegetation saved within the buffer area.
(C) The developer shall be required to submit for approval a landscape plan, to address the tree regulations as part of the construction plan.
