In subdivisions outside the city limits, the subdivider and/or applicant shall install traffic control signs and pavement markings in accordance with the standards and specifications of the State Department of Transportation. Inside the city limits, the subdivider and/or applicant shall install standard traffic control signs and pavement markings in accordance with the city’s standards and specifications.
