(A) A comprehensive storm drainage system shall be planned and implemented for each subdivision in accordance with the Land Development Guidelines. The storm water management plan, storm drainage system plan and the best management practices design plan shall be submitted as part of the construction plan requirements, including all calculations. Where public and/or private easements are required, they shall be noted on the final plat and construction plans.
(B) Storm drainage plans shall be considered on an individual basis depending upon the situation within a given subdivision. The requirements of the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance shall apply to storm drainage design where applicable.
