Plan and plats, and supporting documents and material, for the levels of subdivision approval shall be submitted in the form as provided for in the standards for such submittals contained in § 153.080 and Land Development Guidelines. It is required that the subdivider and/or applicant hold a pre-submittal conference with the Planning and Development Department in order to review the subdivision approval track, fees and supporting document requirements for the particular case.
