§ 153.027 APPROVAL AUTHORITY.
   The approval authority for the levels and types of subdivision approval shall be as follows:
   (A)   Sketch plans.
      (1)   Major subdivisions: Planning and Development Department; and
      (2)   Minor subdivisions: Planning and Development Department.
   (B)   Site plans. Site plans shall be approved by the Planning and Development Department and City Engineer unless the project involves a rezoning.
   (C)   Construction plans.
      (1)   Major subdivisions: Planning and Development Department and City Engineer; and
      (2)   Minor subdivisions: Planning and Development Department and City Engineer.
   (D)   Final plats.
      (1)   Major subdivisions: City Council, after review by the Planning Commission; and
      (2)   Minor subdivisions: Planning and Development Department.
