§ 153.025 APPROVAL LEVELS.

(A) The subdivision review procedure shall consist of three levels of required approval:

(1) Sketch plan;

(2) Construction plan and/or site plan; and

(3) Final plat.

(B) Sketch plan approval shall be a prerequisite to construction plan approval and construction plan and/or site plan approval shall be a prerequisite to final plat approval.
