§ 153.007 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   This chapter shall be administered by the Planning and Development Department. The Planning and Development Department shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter and have such other specific powers and duties as are set forth in this chapter.
   (B)   The Planning and Development Department shall have the right to enter property at reasonable hours for the purpose of making inspection.
