Every mobile home park shall be equipped at all times with fire extinguishing equipment in good working order, at type, size and number and so located within the within the park as to satisfy all applicable regulations of Chapter 93 and of any other ordinances of the city. No open fires are permitted at any time which may endanger life or property, and no fires shall be left untended at any time.
