(A) The Building Inspector is hereby authorized and it shall be his or her duty to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(B) He or she shall have the right and is hereby empowered to enter upon any premises on which any mobile home park is located or about to be located and to inspect the same and all accommodations connected therewith at any reasonable time.
