§ 151.01 CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION CREATED; APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER; COMPOSITION OF THE DIVISION.

There is hereby created a division of the Community Development Department to be known as the Code Enforcement Division. The Code Enforcement Division shall be headed by the Planning Director, to be appointed by the City Manager, which shall be under the immediate direction and control of the City Manager. The Code Enforcement Division shall be composed of such inspectors and personnel as the Council may from time to time authorize.
