§ 34.15 CREATED; COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT AND TERMS OF MEMBERS.
   There is hereby created an Alcoholic Beverage Control Board composed of three members appointed by the City Council. The members shall serve a three year, staggered term. Compensation for the services of the members shall be as set by the City Council.
