§ 34.02 ORGANIZATION; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   At their first meeting following their appointment, the members of the Recreation Commission shall elect one of their members Chairperson and one Secretary and Treasurer.
   (B)   The members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
