§ 34.01 CREATED; COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT AND TERMS OF MEMBERS.
   There is hereby created a Recreation Commission composed of ten members, appointed by the Mayor and Council at their first meeting following the election of the Mayor for terms of four years.
