§ 150.017 LOCAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATION; UPDATES.
   (A)   The City Council desires to amend this chapter in order to conform to G.S. Chapter 160D updates to “Land Use Regulations”.
   (B)   Therefore, G.S. Chapter 160D and any and all amendments and updates are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if set out in full, and the same shall be republished to include all such amendments.
