§ 130.111 BLOCKING CROSSINGS.
   No railroad corporation, or any of its conductors, engineers or other employees shall allow any of its engines, trains or cars to remain over any public street crossings for a longer period of time than five minutes, without clearing such crossing so that all persons desiring to cross the tracks of such railroad may have ample opportunity to do so.
