§ 130.110 SPEED LIMITS.

(A) Trains shall not be run at a rate of speed exceeding 25 mph within the corporate limits of the city.

(B) No railroad corporation or any of its conductors, engineers or other employees shall run any locomotive engine, cars or trains within or through the corporate limits at a greater speed than is hereby specified.
