§ 130.080 SOUND AMPLIFYING EQUIPMENT GENERALLY.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LOCATION. Where used to indicate the proposed location for the operation of sound amplifying equipment shall mean a geographical area no larger than ten feet by ten feet.
   SOUND AMPLIFYING EQUIPMENT. Any machine or device for the amplification of the human voice or music, or any other SOUND AMPLIFYING EQUIPMENT, and shall include megaphones, amplifiers, walkie-talkies, amplifiers on fronts of business buildings, or other sound devices. The term SOUND AMPLIFYING EQUIPMENT shall not be construed as including standard automobile radios when used and heard only by occupants of the vehicle in which installed, or warning devices on authorized emergency vehicles, or horns or other warning devices on other vehicles used only for traffic safety purposes.
