§ 130.036 HOURS OF OPERATION.

(A) Billiard parlors and poolrooms shall be allowed to remain open until 10:30 p.m. to persons over 18 years of age.

(B) Billiard parlors and poolrooms shall remain closed after 9:00 p.m. to all persons between the age of 16 and 18.
