§ 33.03 SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES.
   The city extends the benefits authorized by G.S. Chapter 135, Article 2, being G.S. § 135-19 et seq., to its eligible employees in proprietary functions and governmental or nonproprietary functions alike.
