§ 33.02 EXPENSES OF COUNCIL MEMBERS AND OTHER OFFICERS.

All committees and members of the Council, and all other officers of the city who shall incur any expense in the discharge of their official duties shall present itemized accounts of such to the City Manager for audit and payment upon approval.
