§ 130.004 FALSE ALARMS; CARRYING OR USING WHISTLES, SIRENS AND THE LIKE.
   No person without special authority from the Police or Fire Department shall carry or use any whistle, bell, horn or siren similar in appearance or sound to the whistles, horns or sirens used by the Police or Fire Department.
