(A) The rates of fare to be charged for taxicab service by any person owning, operating or controlling any motor vehicle operated as a taxicab upon any street shall not be more than nor less than the rates established by resolution of the City Council from time to time.
(B) The schedule of rates of fare for taxicab service, when set by resolution of the City Council, shall be maintained on file in the office of the City Manager.
