§ 112.036 MEMORANDUM CERTIFICATES.
   For each taxicab for which a certificate has been granted, a memorandum certificate shall be issued in such form as the Inspector may, from time to time, prescribe, such memorandum certificate to be displayed at all times in a conspicuous place in the taxicab for which it is issued, as herein provided.
