§ 112.015 OFFICE CREATED; APPOINTMENT.
   There is hereby created the office of Inspector of Taxicabs. The Inspector shall be appointed by the City Manager, subject to the approval of the City Council, and may be appointed from any of the police personnel or any other employees or officers of the city.
