(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violation of § 93.27 that has not been remedied within seven business days shall be subject to a civil penalty to be assessed at the rate of $300 per day until the violation has been corrected.
