§ 93.22 VOLUNTEER FIRE AND RESCUE PERSONNEL.
   (A)   Volunteer fire and rescue personnel are hereby recognized as an integral part of the city’s firefighting capability. The Chief of the City Department or his or her designee shall direct and command all firefighting procedures and shall command the volunteers at fire and rescue scenes, and shall be responsible for training the volunteers.
   (B)   Volunteer forces shall be limited to 55 members who shall be designated by the Chief.
   (C)   Volunteer staff shall report to the command staff of the Fire Department.
