§ 91.07 OPERATION OF VEHICLES.
   Drivers of vehicles shall operate the vehicle slowly and carefully; and shall not drive elsewhere than on the roads or driveways set apart for that specific purpose; and no one shall drive over any of these where prohibited by the Director.
