§ 31.32 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   The order of business for regular meetings of the Council shall be as follows:

   (A)   Call to order by the Mayor;

   (B)   Invocation and pledge of allegiance;

   (C)   Approval of the agenda;

   (D)   Approval of the consent agenda and minutes of former meeting;

   (E)   Presentations;

   (F)   Public hearings;

   (G)   Unscheduled public comment;

   (H)   Old business;

   (I)   New business;

   (J)   Closed session pursuant to G.S. § 143-318.11 (if any required);

   (K)   Other business; and

   (L)   Adjournment.
