There shall be one regular meeting of the City Council each month held at the Mount Holly Municipal Complex. The meeting shall be on the second Monday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m. (or some fourth Mondays at 6:30 p.m. as adopted annually). The City Council may establish additional regular meetings at such intervals as it may determine. The City Council may take up such matters as they may elect at regular meetings.
