§ 31.02 DISQUALIFICATION BY REMOVAL OF RESIDENCE OUTSIDE CITY.
   If any member of the Council shall move his or her residence from the city, his or her office shall at once be declared vacant and shall be filled as provided by G.S. § 160A-63.
