§ 71.01 OBEDIENCE GENERALLY.
   The driver of any vehicle shall obey the directions of any official traffic control device placed in accordance with the traffic regulations of the city, subject to certain exemptions which are granted to the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle in § 70.04.
