§ 70.05 CERTAIN VEHICLES FOR HIRE; OPERATION WITH TEMPORARY PERMIT.
   For the purpose of transporting school children, drivers of vehicles for hire within the city may operate under the privilege of a temporary, 30-day permit. The fee for such permit shall be $1.25.
