§ 56.10 ILLICIT DISCHARGE TO STORMWATER SYSTEMS.
   (A)   Any discharge into a city stormwater system prohibited by the MS4 permit, the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference, shall be deemed an ILLICIT DISCHARGE in violation of this chapter.
   (B)   Notwithstanding other requirements of law, as soon as any responsible party has information of any known or suspected illicit discharge, the responsible party shall immediately notify the city.
