§ 4-3-35 COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT MACHINES; LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm, corporation, society, club or association shall keep and maintain, for gain or profit in any place of public resort, either as owner, licensee, manager, officer or agent, any pinball machine or game, or any other similar type of game or machine in which any ball, sphere, missile, arm, crane, appliance, rod or plunger indirectly, for the purpose of amusement or test of skill, unless such person, firm, corporation, society, club or association shall have first obtained a license for such purpose.
