The fee for such license shall be $15, if but one billiard table or other gaming table, is kept for use in such billiard room; if more than one billiard or other gaming table is kept for use in such room, then in addition to said sum of $15 he or she shall pay the sum of $10 for the second billiard or pool table, or other gaming table so used or kept in said room, and a further sum of $5 for each additional billiard table, pool table or other gaming table kept in such room, said license fee to be paid in advance in equal quarter-yearly installments, to the City Clerk.
