§ 4-3-3 BOND, CLOSING HOURS.
   Before any such license shall be granted, the applicant or applicants shall execute a bond payable to the city with at least two sufficient sureties thereon, in the penal sum of $500, conditioned that the person or persons so licensed shall keep and observe all ordinances of the city that are or may be in force during the period or term of such license; that he, she or they will close his, her or their billiard room and keep the same closed from the hour of 12:00 a.m. of each day to the hour of 6:00 a.m. and will not permit the use of any billiard table or other gaming table in his or her said billiard room, in any manner whatever, on the first day of the week, called Sunday, excepting only between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on each such Sunday; and that he, she or they will not sell or give away by himself, herself or themselves, or by his, her or their agent, servant or clerk, without a legal license therefor, any intoxicating liquor in or at his, her or their billiard room, or in any other place, room or rooms adjacent thereto, in or under his, her or their possession or control.
