§ 4-2-4 LIMITATION UPON PLACEMENT.

(A) No video gaming terminal permit shall be issued to, and no video gaming terminal shall be placed or operated within, a location that does not also have issued to it a license of the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail by the drink for consumption on the premises.

(B) The number of video gaming terminals allowed, at any one location, shall be that which may be permitted by the Illinois Video Gaming Act.
