§ 4-2-1 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

LICENSEE. Includes all of the establishments defined in the definition below.

VIDEO GAMING TERMINAL, LICENSED ESTABLISHMENT, LICENSED FRATERNAL ESTABLISHMENT, LICENSED VETERANS ESTABLISHMENT AND LICENSED TRUCK STOP ESTABLISHMENT. Have the meanings set forth in the Illinois Gaming Act (230 ILCS 40/1 et seq.).
