(A) It is unlawful for a licensee to sell or offer for sale at retail or give away or furnish any alcoholic beverage within the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day in the week, Monday through Saturday, or within the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
(B) It is unlawful for any licensee to allow or permit any person or persons other than the licensee to be within or upon the licensed premises within the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day in the week, Monday through Saturday, or within the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. Licensee may permit persons to be upon the license premises at times during which alcoholic beverages may not be sold or consumed on Sundays for the purpose of preparing, serving or consuming food and nonalcoholic beverages, over the purpose of bowling or operating a bowling alley, or for the purpose of operation of a grocery store, supermarket or convenience store as to find in § 4-1-1.
(C) Holders of licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail may sell or offer for sale beer and wine only at package sale only those alcoholic beverages that the licensee is licensed to sell between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sunday upon the payment of annual fee of $50, and upon the issuance of a license for Sunday sales by the Liquor Commissioner.
(D) Upon application to the Liquor Commissioner of the city, owners of licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail, and upon the payment of an annual fee of $50 in advance, the holders of licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail may sell or offer for sale at retail, or give away or furnish any alcoholic beverages until 2:00 a.m. on Saturday and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday. Further, that the holder of a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail may allow or permit any person or persons in addition to the licensee to be within or upon the licensed premises until 2:00 a.m. on Saturday and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday.
