§ 4-1-6 CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone not having a license issued pursuant to this chapter to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic beverage for consumption on the premises where sold, or to sell alcoholic beverages at package sale.
