§ 6-6-5 WHEN ACT APPLICABLE.
   Nothing in these regulations shall be construed as applying to the transportation of any article of things shipped in conformity with the regulations prescribed by the interstate commerce commission, or as applying to the military forces of the United States, nor to the use of signals necessary for the safe operation of railroads, trucks or aircraft.
