§ 6-6-1 TERMS DEFINED.
   The term “fireworks” shall mean and include any combustible or explosive compositions, or any substances or combination of substances or articles prepared for the purpose of producing a visible or audible effect by combustion, explosion or deflagration or detonation, within the applicable statutory definition under state law (e.g., 425 ILCS 30/2).
