(A) All public improvements proposed under the provisions of these regulations shall be inspected, as necessary, during the course of construction and prior to acceptance by the city consulting engineer, or other designated city representative. All fees and costs associated with such inspection shall be paid by the subdivider.
(B) Additionally, the subdivider shall provide, at his or her expense, an inspector who shall:
(1) Observe all details and procedures of construction during the progress of the project;
(2) Note any deviations from the approved plans and specifications; and
(3) Provide copies of his or her daily reports to the city.
