(A) Multiple-family dwellings;
(B) Public parks, playgrounds, athletic fields and other recreational uses of a commercial or noncommercial nature;
(C) Community centers;
(D) Museums and other tourist attractions such as historic structures and sites;
(E) Commercial establishments which are oriented to the residential, recreational and community-purposed character of the above permitted uses, including supportive retail establishments, personal services and professional services, entertainment and amusements, and lodging; and
(F) Customary accessory uses incidental to the foregoing principal uses, including sidewalks, off-street parking, and signs.
