(A) Cemeteries;
(B) Farmsteads and agricultural operations including residences of the farm owners or tenants and their immediate families;
(C) Customary home occupations provided that:
(1) Such occupation is carried on in the principal building;
(2) Not more than 25% of the gross floor area of the residence is used for this purpose;
(3) Only articles made or originating on the premises shall be sold on the premises; and
(4) No person is employed other than a member of the household residing on the premises.
(D) One-family non-farm dwellings including the keeping of animals such as horses, provided such dwellings are located on soils that are suitable for the use of septic tanks;
(E) Public parks and other recreational uses of a noncommercial nature;
(F) The renting of no more than one apartment or two rooms for lodging purposes in one-family residence; and
(G) Customary accessory uses incidental to the foregoing principal uses such as private garages, screen houses, signs and play equipment.
