(A) The intent of this chapter in establishing an agricultural district is to allow maximum freedom of operation for agricultural uses, and to protect such uses from untimely encroachment by potential conflicting uses. It is also the intent to protect the natural amenities of the city area from harmful exploitation.
(B) It shall be unlawful to use or permit the use of any building or premises within the city and within the area one and one-half miles beyond its corporate limits for any purpose other than as listed below.
