§ 2-1-2 MEMBERSHIP.
   Said Planning Commission shall consist of five members, citizens of the city, appointed by the Mayor, on the basis of their particular fitness for their duty on said Planning Commission and subject to the approval of the City Council. The Mayor shall serve as an ex officio member.
