The City Treasurer shall receive all revenues from the sewer user service charges and all other funds and moneys incident to the operation of the sewerage works as the same may be delivered to him or her and deposit the same in the account of the fund designated as the Sewerage Fund of the city. Said Treasurer shall administer such Fund in every respect in the manner provided in article II, division 139 of the State Municipal Code, and all other laws amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto.
