(A) The method for computation of rates and service charges established for user charges identified in §§ 10-1-30 through 10-1-34 shall be made available to a user within seven days of receipt of a written request for such.
(B) Any disagreement over the method used or in the computations thereof shall be remedied by the City Council within 30 days after notification of a formal written appeal outlining the discrepancies.
